Web Site Robot and Net For All Software License Agreement

1. License to use and distribute
Net For All grants you (the Licensee), a non-exclusive royalty free license to use or distribute this software (the Robot) in binary form providing that (1) the Licensee does not use it in a manner that is disparaging to any party, (2) no attempt is made to reverse engineer the Robot, (3) no attempt is made to induce the Robot to operate outside of the Network provided by Net For All

2. Restrictions
The Robot and the Network (the system) are designed to enable artists, authors, vendors and other computer owners to easily publish or commercialize their material on the Internet, using the format that they are used to, therefore focusing on what they do best, while the Robot takes care of previews, IP addresses, html, and other Internet related duties. The System is not designed nor intended for enabling, allowing, facilitating, monitoring, nor preventing illegal swapping or other such distribution of copyrighted or otherwise restricted material. The Licensee understand and represents that it will not use the system nor redistribute the Robot for such purpose.

3. Robotic behavior
The Licensee understands that the Robot is designed to build and host the Licensee's web site based on the material available in the Media Server directory. The Robot will automatically generate or rename files in the Media Server Directory, access the repository systems provided by Net For All or others as needed, produce and upload samples, notes, and performs all other necessary functions. The Robot might operate with little or no input from the Licensee.

4. Scope of the Robot
The Robot only operates within the Web Site Robot Directory and the Media Server directory tree or their equivalent. It is not aware and does not access files out of those directory trees other than normal interaction with the Operating System, and the Java Virtual Machine. It is only designed to serve static files. It does not run CGI scripts, Java Servlets or other such executable. By design, it does not make the Licensee's computer more vulnerable to viruses or outside attackers nor does it protect from such.

5. Disclaimer of warranty
The System is provided as is. All express or implied conditions, representations and warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement are disclaimed. In no event will Net For All nor the authors and owners of the System be liable for any lost of revenue, profit, or data or for special, indirect, coincidental, incidental or punitive damages, however caused to any party, regardless of the theory of liability arising out or related to the use, abuse, or inability to use the system even if Net For All or the authors of the System have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You the Licensee accept full responsibility for determining if the system is suitable for any particular purpose and for protecting yourself any possible consequential damages. In the event that any clause of this agreement is held to be contrary to the law of any State or Country, the Robot shall be disabled by removing its directory tree from the Licensee's computer while in that State or Country.

6. Adult Content
The current version of the System is not designed for adult content or otherwise offensive material. The Licensee agree to not use the System or distribute the Robot for such purpose.

7. Net For All Access
Usage of the Robot is by the Licensee is free, and it is designed to perform all its functions at all time once it is registered.

8. Copyright.
The source code of the System is owned by its original Author and is protected by copyright laws and international treaties provisions. The Licensee may not uncover, generate, obtain, alter, hack, morph, or otherwise utilize the source code, or write code to simulate, or emulate the behavior of the Robot within or outside of the system. The Robot uses external open source software provided by other parties and covered by the Open Source License available at www.opensource.org,the GNU Public License available at www.gnu.org/copyleft/gpl.html or others as stated by the owners.

The Java Runtime Environment is provided by Sun Microsystems and covered by the JRE License available at java.sun.com/Download6
ImageMagick is provided by ImageMagick at www.imagemagick.org
SoX is provided by Sound eXchange at sox.sourceforge.net
Ogg Vorbis is provided by The Ogg Vorbis Project at www.xiph.org/ogg/vorbis
The Jetty Server is provided by Mort Bay Consulting at www.mortbay.com
The HTTPClient is provided by Ronald Tschalr at www.innovation.ch/java/HTTPClient
The UPNPLib is provided by the SuperBonBon Industries at http://www.sbbi.net
